Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Designs by LeRou and AUIE, every item is handmade, handcrafted, or carefully selected in small quantities. Our jewelry, purse charms, ties, clutches, totes, and accessories are not mass produced, so each piece may have small natural variations that make it unique.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
Returns may be accepted on eligible items if the item is:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
Returned with all original packaging, tags, charms, cards, or accessories included
Approved by us before being shipped back
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery after return approval.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Designs by LeRou and AUIE are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item is returned used, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in original condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging
The shipping box or mailer
We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized items
Special orders
Items marked final sale or clearance
Worn jewelry, earrings, or hair accessories for hygiene reasons
Items damaged after delivery due to use, storage, or handling
Exchanges
Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or limited quantity, exact exchanges may not always be available. If an exchange is possible, we will gladly help you choose another item.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before mailing anything back. Include your name, order number, item purchased, and reason for the return.
